Winter Storage at Greene’s Creek Marina
October 1 – March 31st
- Arriving By Water or Land: $30.00/ft
- Any size boat for “On Land” Storage
Based on the LOA (Length Overall)
- Boat arrives via Trailer: Offload Fee $15.00/ft
- Any Service/Parts are additional and billed separately
- Electric will be metered and billed separately
Note * any boat that stays past the 6 months contracted season will be charged $50.00/ft for the following season.
- NO BOTTOM PAINTING AND OR SHRINK WRAPPING IS PERMITTED BY THE CUSTOMER
- NO OUTSIDE CONTRACTORS ARE PERMITTED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION FROM THE MAIN OFFICE AND/OR OUR SERVICE DEPT

All Storage Contracts MUST BE Paid in Full either before or on the day of arrival.
*If using a credit card for payment there will be a 3% handling charge added to your total.
ALL CUSTOMERS prior to using this service MUST have a signed Contract on file and proof of Insurance naming OAKDALE SERVICE INC. and JMTM ASSOCIATES as additionally insured.
